Community Acupuncture
Our community practice is modeled after the modern clinics in China, where patients are treated in a group setting. At the Borden Wellness Center, patients relax in a quiet, soothing common room while receiving their treatment.
The group setting offers benefits beyond just affordability. As with any intentional group endeavor, such as prayer or meditation, when you do something with other people it raises the energy for everybody. It’s the same with acupuncture; receiving treatment with others raises the healing dynamic for everyone. It’s also wonderful for friends and family to be able to come in together.
We offer an affordable sliding scale, $15-$35 per treatment after the initial office visit. We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, and you pay what you feel you can afford. No income verification is required. We accept cash and checks only for community treatments.
